Product Description
PVC profile production line is composed of cone twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter, stacker, and also coordinated with different profile break-section and mould to produce PVC door&window profile,indoor floor, decoration plate material, profile and multi-hole wire plastic products etc.
This extrusion line also can be used to produce wpc profile extrusion line WPC Machine can be used after recycling, and has been widely used in fields of floor, guard bar, tray, packing cases, partition board, window and door sheath, skirting line, etc.
Configuration
· Widely used in PVC pipe and profile production.
· Composed of high speed mixer (hot mixer), cooling mixer and control cabinet.
· Stainless steel SUS304 for the internal wall construction. It will guarantee the mixer could use for long time under the high friction.
· The mixing blades are passed the static and dynamic balance testing. And the main shaft adopts fine sealing to prevent material leakage.
High quality electrical components, like Siemens, Omron, Fuji, Delta, etc.
Alloy screw & barrel, which guarantee high quality and stable output.
Equipped with high qualty gearbox and distributor.
Extruder control by PLC screen touch is available as well; PLC screen touch is from Siemens (customized).
